2024 Filly - Rathvilly/Kallisti Lineage

Rathvilly, affectionately known to us as “Millie”, is a 16.2 hand JC registered thoroughbred mare who has been kindly shared with our breeding program by Hartwell Farm in Lexington, Kentucky.  Out of a Royal Academy mare and a Gone West Stallion, Rathvilly is big boned, solid, sound, and bred for sport.  Millie had a successful breeding career in the thoroughbred industry, with multiple yearlings selling at the Keenland Fall yearling sale, before transitioning to life as a sport horse mama.  Millie’s first foal for us was a premium filly and found her home in Canada as a weanling.  Millie is approved with the ATA and her foal will be registered, microchipped, and come to you up to date on vaccines and with basic ground manners (loading, leading, standing for the farrier).  Board is included through weaning and payment plans are accepted.  

Kallisti (St.Pr. Klara/E.H. Rheinklang) is a 2019 Trakehner, imported from Germany in 2023.  Standing at a solid 17 hands at four years old, he is a gentleman with floating gaits and an incredible work ethic.  Kallisti is currently beginning his under saddle career with a youth rider.  His rhythmic canter and floating trot, ground covering walk and willingness to learn are all attributes that we expect we will see in his offspring.

2024 Colt - Call To Action (Cali)/Kallisti Lineage

Call To Action “Cali”, is hands down the kindest horse we have ever met.  A jockey club registered prior racehorse, she is the epitome of class and patience.  Born in 2010 by an AP Indy stallion, Cali won several high stakes races before being sold at Keenland to Hartwell Farm in Lexington, Kentucky as a broodmare. Cali came to us from Hartwell Farm in Lexington, Kentucky after an extremely successful career on the track.  Hartwell kindly offered her to share her with us to contribute to the sport horse breeding world. 

After a winning career as a racehorse, Cali is now our “go-to” horse when a guest needs a mount and also produces phenomenal babies for us!  If you are looking for an amateur friendly, large, sound, steady dam, Cali is it.  We are excited to meet this year’s foal who we have affectionately named “Kali squared” since it’s parents are Cali and Kalli.  This foal will be registered with the American Trakener Association, microchipped, and have a lifetime USEF number. Board is included through weaning and payment plans are accepted.
